This Studio view provides access to existing Organization subscriptions. Digital subscriptions are not purchased or changed here. The following service, information-handling and consumer-rights terms remain available for reference.

Who provides Studio and when these terms apply

Tactenza Coach Studio is provided by Tactenza (ABN 22 622 135 155), Australia. Contact tactenza@outlook.com for platform support or a question about these terms.

These terms apply when you accept them for Coach Studio or an Organization workspace. When creating an Organization, you accept on its behalf and confirm that you are authorised to create and administer it. The document version and last-updated date appear above.

These terms cover the Studio tools made available to your workspace. They do not purchase a subscription, make a class booking or replace the separate agreement for an independently supplied coaching service. The related Platform Terms, Community Standards and Coach Code apply to the relevant service as presented to you. Linking a policy does not retrospectively change a prior acceptance.

Creating and administering an Organization

  • Account operators must be at least 18. An adult can manage information and decisions for a child where the product permits it; the adult must have the necessary authority.
  • Provide accurate Organization, location and contact information and keep it current. Do not claim an affiliation, registration, qualification or verified status that you do not hold.
  • Use your own account and the permissions assigned to it. Keep sign-in details secure and tell support if you believe access has been compromised. Owners are responsible for deciding which people may act for their Organization and for reviewing those permissions when roles change.
  • Create and manage classes, staff, rosters and records only within your authorised workspace. Use the supported invitation, transfer and ownership procedures when another person or Organization must take over; a copy of data or a shared sign-in does not transfer authority.

Organization subscriptions and access

Organization workspaces use a paid Starter, Growth or Scale plan. Creating a workspace record does not charge you or start a free Organization plan. Paid teaching access begins only after the service confirms the subscription. Personal Coach Free is a separate individual tier.

The approved total prices in Australian dollars are Starter $59 monthly or $649 annually, Growth $199 monthly or $2,189 annually, and Scale $699 monthly or $7,689 annually. Annual plans charge the whole amount once for 12 months; their approximate monthly equivalents are $54.08, $182.42 and $640.75. Each annual total is 8.33% less than 12 regular monthly payments. Staff, active class and active player capacity is stated with the selected plan.

Before you confirm a purchase, the enabled checkout shows the total charge, currency, billing period, included capacity and renewal terms for that purchase. A displayed catalogue price, a workspace record or a return from a payment page is not itself confirmation of payment or active access. Where checkout is unavailable, no purchase is offered through that control.

Subscriptions renew for the selected period unless renewal is cancelled using the supported subscription controls. Cancelling renewal stops a future renewal; it does not erase your records or itself refund an already paid period. Contact tactenza@outlook.com about a billing error or remedy. These arrangements do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A supported change from monthly to annual takes effect after the current paid monthly period ends, then begins a new 12-month annual term. It does not charge annual fees for the same already paid time. The first-month introductory offer cannot be combined with an annual plan.

Organization online class payments and identity-verification applications remain subject to the availability shown for those separate features. A subscription does not enable an unavailable payment or email service, or prove that a message, payment or refund has completed.

Introductory offers

The launch offer for eligible new monthly Organization subscribers is $39 for the first Starter month, $139 for the first Growth month or $499 for the first Scale month, followed by the regular monthly price of $59, $199 or $699 respectively. It applies to one monthly cycle only, during the first 30 days after Organization subscriptions open, measured in Australia/Sydney time. Coach Studio shows current availability and eligibility before checkout.

The planned Coach Personal offer is $14.99 per month for the first three monthly billing cycles, followed by $19.99 per month. It applies only when the supported checkout explicitly shows an eligible offer; no Personal offer period has started. An Organization subscription does not include Personal Premium. Where available, Personal Premium may be purchased through Apple or the Tactenza website. Apple subscriptions are managed in your Apple account; website subscriptions are managed from your Coach account through Stripe. Cancelling renewal stops future renewal charges, with access continuing through the confirmed paid period unless an applicable refund, account restriction or legal requirement changes that access.

The Personal offer has not started; its dates will be announced before it is available. Organization offer eligibility follows the opening window and new-subscriber rules shown in Coach Studio, with no first-customer-number limit. Only an offer actually displayed as eligible by the purchase service can be selected. No offer is applied automatically from this policy page.

AI file formatting allowance

Where enabled, paid Personal and Organization plans include a one-time starting AI file-formatting allowance and a recurring monthly allowance. Personal allowance is shared across the same person’s Coach profiles and devices. Organization allowance is shared by all its members; it is not a separate allowance for each staff member or player.

The starting allowance is granted only once and its remaining balance has no expiry. Renewal, resubscription, a profile change or a monthly-to-annual change does not grant it again. Recurring allowance is released by service month, including for annual subscribers. Unused recurring monthly allowance does not roll over, and annual payment does not release a full year of AI allowance at once.

File size, content and processing requirements affect allowance use. We do not promise a fixed number of files, pages or rows. The service checks eligibility, availability and whether the request can be processed within its allowance before dispatch. An unresolved processing result must be checked using the same request rather than treated as a new free attempt.

Free Personal does not include AI file formatting. Standard CSV import and manual entry remain available subject to the workspace’s normal capacity and permissions. When AI is unavailable or allowance is insufficient, the selected file and draft remain in the open page, existing imported records are preserved, and ordinary Studio work can continue. Reloading or closing the page may require selecting an unsaved local file again.

There is no automatic charge for exceeding AI allowance. A refusal or an unresolved AI request does not authorise an extra payment. Review the result before importing; requesting AI formatting and saving business records are separate actions.

Information, files and safe use

The Privacy Policy explains how Tactenza handles information, optional AI processing, access, retention and deletion. A Coach or Organization may also hold records independently and remains responsible for its own handling of those records.

  • Only add personal information, photos, videos, class material and other content that you are entitled to use for the intended purpose. Obtain the necessary permission before sharing another person's information, including information about a child.
  • Use roster and contact information for the relevant coaching or administration purpose. Do not use it for unauthorised marketing, harassment, impersonation or access outside the relationship shown in the service.
  • Review imported rows, suggested schedules and any AI-generated output before saving or relying on them. File formatting and AI assistance do not confirm a person's identity, rights, qualifications, medical suitability or the accuracy of the source material.
  • Do not bypass access controls, interfere with another workspace or upload unlawful or harmful material. Report a security or safety concern through support; Tactenza is not an emergency response service.

Who supplies an independent coaching service

The Coach or Organization identified for a class independently offers and supplies that coaching service. It is responsible for the service it promises, supervision, venue and equipment safety, qualifications, insurance and other obligations that apply to it. It must make its service contact details available to the Player or guardian.

Tactenza supplies the platform tools described in the relevant product, such as class administration, requests, schedules and payment records. Tactenza does not become the independent class provider, employer, school, club, venue or guardian merely by providing those tools. Tactenza remains responsible for its own services and obligations under applicable law.

Information before a class commitment

  • The class provider must accurately state its identity, sport, age or level, location, schedule, format, price and currency, inclusions, capacity, material participation requirements and any trial conditions before a Player or guardian commits.
  • Disclose compulsory fees, deposits, recurring charges, equipment costs, cancellation charges, expiry and material refund conditions before commitment or payment. Do not add a charge that was not agreed.
  • A guardian must make the service and payment decision for a guardian-managed Player where the product or law requires it.
  • A listing, request, profile label or payment status must not imply a guaranteed place, qualification, safety check, outcome, attendance or refund beyond what has actually been agreed and can lawfully be supported.

Class cancellations, changes and refunds

The class provider must communicate its cancellation and rescheduling arrangements before commitment and apply them consistently with the agreed service and applicable law. It must tell affected Players or guardians about material changes to the schedule, venue, price or service. A platform schedule edit does not by itself prove that everyone received the change.

If the provider cancels, cannot supply the agreed service, materially changes it without agreement or fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, it must provide the remedy required by law. A blanket no-refunds condition cannot remove those rights. Any additional change-of-mind or cancellation promise that the provider makes must also be honoured.

Class payments and records

  • An Organization may identify its own external payment destination where that option is available. The payer should check the provider, amount and reference before paying. Tactenza does not automatically verify that destination or confirm the payment, receipt, refund, dispute or reconciliation. An authorised Owner or Manager records the resulting status using the supported controls.
  • Organization online Stripe payments are not opened by this release. Where a separate enabled class-payment flow uses Stripe, it uses the independent service provider's connected account and is subject to the provider's processing, payout, refund and dispute arrangements. A class payment is separate from a Tactenza or Apple app subscription.
  • The class provider is responsible for its invoices, receipts, taxes, registrations and records. A Tactenza-generated document or stored receipt link does not remove that responsibility or certify that every tax or payment requirement has been met.
  • A pending request is not a completed payment. Recorded paid or refunded status is not a guarantee that a banking, chargeback or service dispute is finally resolved. Keep the supporting payment evidence and correct inaccurate records through the supported process.

Service problems and disputes

For an ordinary class scheduling, cancellation, delivery or refund issue, contact the class provider using the details supplied with the class. For a Studio access problem, incorrect platform status, a safety report or an issue that the class route cannot handle, contact tactenza@outlook.com. These routes do not prevent you from using a statutory remedy or contacting a relevant authority.

The responsible supplier must address its own service problem; it cannot avoid that responsibility merely because software or a payment provider was involved. A payment dispute or chargeback does not by itself decide whether either party complied with the coaching agreement.

Stopping use, access restrictions and records

You can stop using Studio and use the supported account, membership, transfer or Organization controls to manage the records and responsibilities that remain. If a control cannot complete because of an unresolved payment or workspace dependency, contact support for the affected scope and next steps. Stopping use or removing an app does not itself cancel an independent class agreement, settle a payment or erase all cloud records.

Tactenza may restrict the affected access where reasonably necessary to address unauthorised use, a security or safety risk, unlawful conduct or a serious breach of these terms. A restriction should be proportionate to the matter. We explain the reason and available review route unless doing so would be unlawful or would compromise the relevant investigation or protection.

Retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and the purpose of the particular record. These terms do not authorise indefinite retention of all workspace data or promise immediate removal of every provider copy. Independently held class, payment or legal records may require a separate request to their holder.

Your rights under Australian law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes a consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. This applies to Tactenza's own service as well as the separate obligations of an independent class provider.

Where consumer guarantees apply, the remedy depends on the service and the nature of the problem. It may include putting the service right, cancellation, a refund or compensation. These terms do not impose a fixed refund deadline or a blanket exclusion of those remedies, require you to waive them or prevent you from taking a complaint to an appropriate authority, court or tribunal.

This version and contact

The published version identified above applies to the acceptance for which it was presented. A confirmation given for a different text is not treated as acceptance of this version. A later change to this page does not retrospectively change an earlier acceptance or authorise a charge.

For an explanation, a platform complaint or a request to review an access restriction, write to tactenza@outlook.com with the relevant workspace or issue and the outcome you are seeking. Do not send passwords, private sign-in links or unnecessary information about a child.
