Who we are and when these terms apply

These terms govern the Tactenza services for which they are presented to you. Read them with the Privacy Policy and the conduct and safety policies relevant to your use. Coach Studio and Organization subscriptions also have the Coach and Organization Service Terms shown in the relevant flow.

We operate under the registered business name Tactenza (ABN 22 622 135 155) in Australia. Contact: tactenza@outlook.com.

The version and last-updated date identify this text. Where an app or service asks you to accept a version, that confirmation applies to the version presented. A later website update does not retrospectively change an earlier acceptance or authorise a payment.

What Tactenza provides

Tactenza Player, Tactenza Coach and Coach Studio provide tools for player development, Coach planning, class administration, schedules, class-related communication, payment records, discovery and safety. Features are available only where shown as enabled in the relevant service. A policy description does not make an unavailable feature or purchase available.

Unless a service is expressly identified as a Tactenza-operated service, a Coach or coaching organisation independently offers and delivers the in-person coaching service. The Coach is responsible for the class, service description, suitability, price, attendance, cancellation, refund, tax, qualifications, insurance, and compliance obligations that apply to that service.

Accounts, roles, and guardians

  • Coach and Player accounts may only be operated by adults aged 18 or over. An adult can use Player for themselves or manage a child’s athlete profile; children must not operate either app independently.
  • Provide accurate, current information and protect account credentials. Athlete age and sport stage describe the athlete, not the adult account holder.
  • Use only roles and profiles you are authorised to manage. A Player account can create up to four owned or guardian-managed athlete profiles in total across its devices. Existing profiles above that limit are retained, but the account cannot add another while at or above the limit.
  • A guardian must manage required consent, service decisions, payments, and public recommendations for a guardian-managed Player.
  • Organisations and managers must have authority to act for their organisation and must not use organisation access to evade an individual restriction.
  • Do not create replacement or duplicate accounts to avoid a restriction, investigation, or ban.

Coach responsibilities

  • Maintain all licences, qualifications, Working With Children Checks or equivalents, insurance, approvals, and records required in each place where services are delivered.
  • Describe identity, credentials, sport, age group, location, schedule, price, capacity, and service terms accurately.
  • Maintain professional physical and online boundaries and follow the Coach Code of Conduct and Child Safeguarding Policy.
  • Provide safe instruction, suitable facilities and equipment, appropriate supervision, and lawful incident reporting.
  • Handle class-service, cancellation, refund, receipt, complaint, and dispute responsibilities as the seller of the coaching service.

Prohibited use

  • Abuse, grooming, exploitation, sexual conduct involving a minor, unsafe contact, harassment, bullying, hate, threats, discrimination, stalking, retaliation, or violence.
  • Fraud, scams, impersonation, misleading credentials, deceptive listings, fake reviews, payment abuse, or manipulation of platform safety and ranking systems.
  • Publishing another person’s private contact, health, location, identity, media, or account information without authority.
  • Illegal content or activity, infringement, malware, automated scraping, access-control bypass, service disruption, or attempts to compromise another account.
  • Using Player, class, or organisation data for an unrelated purpose or moving a minor into unapproved private contact channels.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Free features and paid entitlements are separate. Before purchase, the supported checkout shows the applicable product, total charge, billing period, renewal terms and any eligible introductory offer. A price shown on the website is not itself a purchase or a subscription entitlement.

Player Premium and Coach Personal Premium are separate subscriptions. Where available, you can purchase through Apple in the relevant app or through Stripe on the Tactenza website. Confirmed Premium access is linked to the same signed-in Tactenza account in that product. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account; manage or cancel a website subscription from that product’s account page using Manage web subscription. Check and manage any existing subscription before purchasing through a different provider. We check known subscription status, but delayed provider updates or purchases through another provider can still result in overlapping subscriptions. Organization plans and class fees remain separate.

Deleting an app, signing out or deleting a profile does not cancel a subscription. Cancelling renewal stops a future renewal and does not by itself refund an already paid period. Use Apple’s refund process for an Apple purchase or contact Tactenza Support Team for a Tactenza billing issue. These processes do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Included capacity and AI allowances are stated with the relevant plan. Allowance limits do not authorise automatic extra charges. An offer applies only when the purchase service confirms eligibility and shows its duration and later regular price before confirmation.

Your content and use of the software

You retain the rights you hold in the content you provide. You must have authority to upload, import or share it, including necessary permissions for another person’s information or image. Do not upload content that infringes someone else’s rights.

You permit Tactenza and its service providers to store, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to deliver the features you choose, carry out your sharing instructions and meet the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership to Tactenza or give permission to use your private training media in advertising.

Tactenza and its licensors retain rights in the software and supplied materials. You may use them through the service for its intended personal or authorised coaching purposes. Do not resell the software, remove rights notices, copy protected materials for unrelated distribution or bypass access controls, except where applicable law permits it.

Training information and AI assistance

Training feedback, scores and AI output support learning and planning. They are not medical advice, an official sporting qualification or a guarantee of safe participation or a particular result. Consider the athlete’s circumstances and obtain appropriate professional advice where needed.

AI can make mistakes. Review suggested assessments, generated images and formatted import data before relying on or saving them. Optional AI processing uses the selected information and permissions described in the Privacy Policy; it does not replace guardian authority, Coach judgement or your responsibility to use material lawfully.

Payments and coaching services

Class-payment tools facilitate a request, payment-status workflow, and receipt link for an independent Personal Coach or coaching organisation. Stripe payments are made for that provider’s in-person service through its explicitly connected payment account. Tactenza does not become the Coach, employer, school, club, guardian, organisation, or seller of that class merely by providing the workflow.

Where integrated Stripe class payments are enabled, Checkout uses the applicable independent provider's connected account and signed provider events confirm payment and refund status. The current implementation does not add a Tactenza application fee. A browser return alone is not confirmation of payment.

Organization online Stripe payments are not part of the current production release scope. Manual or externally arranged class payments are separate from Apple app subscriptions; Tactenza does not automatically confirm or refund an external payment. Any later online-payment release must disclose the enabled method, provider, fees, cancellation and refund terms before a payer commits.

Recommendations and trust information

Recommendations, tags, reliability information, and credential labels are governed by the Review and Recommendation Policy. They are limited indicators based on the described source and sample, not a guarantee of safety, quality, availability, qualifications, or future performance.

A label identifies whether information is supplied by a Coach or checked through an available Tactenza verification process. Verification covers only the scope described with that label. A paid subscription does not purchase a trust badge or a favourable recommendation or moderation outcome.

Restrictions, suspension, and termination

Tactenza may remove content, hide listings, restrict a role or feature, pause new bookings or payment requests, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban an account where reasonably necessary to address safety, child safeguarding, fraud, illegality, misleading credentials, payment abuse, material or repeated rule violations, ban evasion, platform security, or a legal or regulatory requirement.

A credible urgent risk may require immediate interim action before a full review. Where lawful and safe, Tactenza will provide the affected user with a reason category, scope, duration where known, and an appeal route. A report is an allegation and does not by itself establish wrongdoing.

Liability and Australian Consumer Law

Tactenza is responsible for its own software services and conduct. Independent Coaches and organisations are responsible for the coaching services they supply. Providing a listing, record or payment workflow does not make Tactenza the supplier of that independent coaching service.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes a consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the remedy depends on the problem and may include correction, cancellation, refund or compensation. No blanket no-refunds rule applies.

Changes, complaints, and contact

We identify policy changes with a new version and update date. A material change is presented with notice and any acceptance required for the affected service; it does not retrospectively authorise a charge or remove an accrued right. You can stop using the service and use the available account and data controls, subject to the specific retention and unresolved-record limits in the Privacy Policy.

Questions, complaints and appeal requests may be sent to Tactenza Support Team at tactenza@outlook.com. The Complaints, Moderation, and Appeals Policy explains the available routes. These terms are subject to applicable Australian law and do not prevent you from using a relevant regulator, court or tribunal.
