How to report
Use the available in-app report action closest to the relevant person or content. For a follow-up or where there is no suitable action, email Tactenza Support Team at tactenza@outlook.com with the app, relevant profile or class, what happened and the outcome you seek. Include an existing reference if you have one; do not send passwords, sign-in links or unnecessary information about a child.
Reports should be truthful and specific. Deliberately false, retaliatory, or abusive reports may themselves breach the Community Standards.
How a report is handled
- We review the submitted concern and available context. A received or submitted status confirms receipt, not that the allegation has been substantiated.
- We assess urgency, safeguarding, relevant evidence and which service or independent provider is responsible. We may request focused additional information.
- A credible risk can justify an interim safeguard before a final decision. The restriction and its reason are recorded separately from the original report.
- We consider the available evidence against the applicable policy. An unresolved or unsubstantiated report does not necessarily mean that an event did not occur.
- We record the decision and any action. Information given to a reporter or affected user is limited where necessary to protect privacy, safety or an investigation.
- An affected user can request the review described below. A report or appeal does not automatically punish another user or lift an existing restriction.
Possible actions
- Warning, education, content removal, or profile/listing correction.
- Interaction block, discovery hide, publishing limit, new-booking limit, payment-request limit, or feature restriction.
- Temporary Player, Coach, manager, organisation, or whole-account suspension.
- Permanent role removal or full account ban, including reasonable anti-evasion controls.
- Evidence preservation, payment-provider action, or cooperation/referral where required or permitted by law.
Urgent and child-safety matters
Credible urgent risk may require immediate listing removal, communication restriction, or account suspension while the matter is reviewed. Reporter identity and sensitive evidence will not be shared where doing so may create retaliation, privacy, investigation, or safeguarding risk.
Tactenza is not an emergency service. Call 000 for urgent danger in Australia and use the appropriate police, child-protection, eSafety, payment, or regulatory channel where required.
Notice and appeals
Where lawful and safe, a notice will state the policy category, affected role or feature, whether the action is interim or final, duration where known, data-access implications, and how to appeal.
If an account restriction notice includes an appeal action, use it to explain why the decision should change and provide relevant new information. One open in-app appeal is allowed for the same action. If no suitable action is available, email tactenza@outlook.com with the decision reference and requested outcome. You can also ask support to review a report-handling or content decision.
We review the reasons, available evidence and any new information, then explain whether the decision is maintained, changed or lifted where lawful and safe. An appeal does not automatically pause a restriction. You can still use the support, privacy or appeal routes made available with the notice.
Handling time depends on urgency, the evidence and any external dependency. Support is not monitored as an emergency service and there is no guaranteed response deadline. For an unresolved matter, reply to the same support conversation with its reference rather than creating repeated reports.
You may contact the appropriate police, child-protection authority, eSafety Commissioner, consumer-protection agency, court or tribunal without waiting for a Tactenza appeal. Our process does not replace their jurisdiction or any legally required report.
Records, privacy, and deletion
Reports, snapshots, moderation actions, appeals and restricted verification information are access-controlled. Retention follows the Privacy Policy and the needs of the particular safety, fraud, dispute or legal matter; this is not permission to retain every record indefinitely.
Supported account deletion removes or de-identifies data within its stated scope. Limited safety evidence may need to remain under the Privacy Policy; a retained snapshot can still contain personal information and is not published as a public complaint record.
