What a Coach recommendation means
Where available, class feedback uses a Yes or No recommendation and optional structured positive tags. There are no public star ratings or public free-text reviews in this feature. The public summary belongs to the individual Coach; it is not an Organization-wide rating.
A recommendation percentage is shown only when at least five eligible class relationships have a current published response. The percentage is the share of those responses that recommend the Coach. A low-sample state is shown below that threshold; it is not a negative rating.
Eligibility
- One current response per eligible class relationship. Updating it replaces the response rather than adding another vote, and withdrawal removes it from the current public summary.
- The signed-in Player or guardian must have an accepted active or completed class relationship whose scheduled class window has begun.
- Verified class feedback means that the relationship meets the eligibility checks. It does not certify attendance at every session, qualifications, safety or the truth of each opinion.
- The adult operating a guardian-managed profile confirms guardian authority when submitting its public recommendation. A child-friendly experience check-in, where available, is private and is not part of the public recommendation summary.
- Coach self-review is blocked. Do not use fabricated class relationships, duplicate accounts or an undisclosed employment, family or commercial conflict to manufacture an independent recommendation. Suspected manipulation can be reported for review.
Public display
- The public summary shows the eligible response count together with any percentage. It reflects current published responses, not a certified attendance record or a guaranteed future result.
- A structured positive tag is shown only after at least three eligible class relationships selected it. Up to three qualifying tags are displayed.
- Do not publish complaint counts, private negative-feedback counts, reporter identity, child identity, or moderation records.
- Do not represent a recommendation as a guarantee or as Tactenza endorsement.
Private concerns
After saving a No recommendation, an eligible reviewer can use the separate private-concern flow for a missed session, unsafe conduct, discrimination, misleading information, payment/refund issue, harassment, fraud or another concern. A safety report does not require changing a recommendation: use another available report action or email support when that is the appropriate route.
Private negative feedback is a reviewable signal, not an automatic public penalty or finding. A reviewer may separately withdraw or change their recommendation, which updates the aggregate under the published rules.
Integrity and incentives
- Do not buy, trade, script, pressure, selectively solicit, or fabricate recommendations.
- Any neutral incentive to provide feedback must apply regardless of the response and be clearly disclosed.
- Paid subscriptions and commercial relationships do not alter recommendation results, trust labels, or moderation priority.
- A recommendation percentage is not a reliability score, credential check or promise about discovery ranking. Compare it with the response count and the class context available to you.
Editing, removal, and Coach challenge
A response may be updated by its eligible reviewer. Tactenza may exclude feedback that is fake, conflicted, duplicated, abusive, irrelevant, legally prohibited, or not tied to an eligible relationship. Genuine negative outcomes will not be removed merely because a Coach disputes them.
A Coach can raise an eligibility, impersonation, conflict or policy concern with Tactenza Support Team at tactenza@outlook.com, identifying the relevant profile or class and the reason. Support does not disclose protected reviewer or child information merely to resolve a disagreement. A decision and any available review route are explained subject to privacy and safety limits.
